Invite teachers, students, and parents

There are several ways to invite teachers, students, and parents.

To invite multiple people by email, go to Setup | Online Access | Invite. Check all the people you want to invite, then click Email Selected.

To invite individually, go to the Teachers screen (or Students screen).

  • Click the envelope icon next to Online Access.
  • Type the email address, customize the text if needed, and click Send.

An email message will be sent with a link that the person can click to access their account. The access code will be embedded in the emailed link.

To print paper handouts, go to Reports | Login Instruction Sheets, and give printed invitations to people directly. The access code can be found here.
